We map your current systems and workflows. You get a prioritized plan with costs and timeline, and a clear recommendation on whether to keep, fix, or replace what you have. The fee is credited if we continue.

Syncrest was founded by Chaim Pasternak, who has spent 15 years building software and leading implementations. Just as important, he's worked inside businesses as a leader of technology, product, finance, and operations. That operator's perspective means we see systems the way owners do: as tools to run the business, not products to sell.
Chaim personally leads every engagement. We're vendor-neutral: we don't resell software or take referral fees from vendors.
